As part of the unit : How we Organize Ourselves" Students learnt the origin and evolution of money. They did an activity in class known as ," Exchange city". They demonstrated the process of bartering by exchanging with
another child an item that is more valuable to them. It was explained that the exchange is for real. They will not get
back the item that they brought if they choose to exchange it with another
child.

Role play demonstrating that Electricity is a valuable resource that impacts are daily lives in many ways.
Students were divided into two teams and they performed a role-play and demonstrated a thorough knowledge that electricity is a valuable resource and it impacts our daily lives. They used conventions, vocabulary and terminology of the Energy Conservation's and made connections between Electricity Conservation, Improved Technology and environmental impact.
